Team members & Coworkers are helpful & supportive. I have learned here, how to cope up working under immense pressure & meeting Short & complex deadlines with resilience. Second the HR Leave Policy is good, providing ample flexibility to mitigate rush hour anxiety & provision of Short Leave is a great relief to manage small & urgent personal tasks.

Dislikes

The most disappointing aspect is the Salary scales, Especially for people working at Core level who are Overloaded, Neglected & Under Paid. There is Salary disparity & an inequitable approach, thus creating a hierarchical disharmony. Salary Appraisal & Employee motivation is the last priority, which is highly Unreasonable & Unjustified.

Poor Communication:-When Communication between employees, departments or with management is unclear, inconsistent or lacking, it can lead to frustration and misunderstandings.

Ease of working comparatively. Non interference by Mgt. Ease in HR policy to manage work life balance.

Inconsistent Appraisal. Lack of structured process/ Reviews. Over Debt V/s Cash flows. Lack of Employee engagement. Reward policy. Inconsistency in roles.
