Team mates are good, TRAINING: they are total untrained and unprofessional staffs, JOB SECURITY: zero, CAREER GROWTH: zero, SALARY: Its like share market, one month you will get as promised; next month it will be reduced, reasoning less business, appraisal: depends on the mood of the MD and their family member, POLITICS: No, the staffs are not smart enough to do politics, LEARNING: no chance, WORK ENVIRONMENT: poor, INNOVATION: poor, WORK LIFE BALANCE: good. ( Basically the owners neither want to upgrade themselves as per market nor their mentality, Its just a high class GROCERY SHOP ) HR POLICY: no policy, they dont even give you offer letter and appointment letter.
