Only thing I would like for this company improvement is compensation should be little more for employees as per current market trend.

Top Leadership in finance. He does not give any recognition to his managers and always try to blame the managers for something or the other thing. Even if some employee sneezes, he blames finance managers. No growth, no promotion. Nepotism in the organisation. You will have no growth if you are out elite group of leaders.

In the beginning everything was good but after an year, when it's your time for movement promotion they don't consider, don't care for their tenured employees, It's was all good in disguise, no likes

No work, HR don't care about their employees. Managers are bad to the core

People are judged more on buttering skills. Very egoistic managers till top of the hierarchy. Too much Regional politics putting people on PIP if you dont please your managers. They will not give you hike, bad ratings and even create hinderances for you from getting a job in another organization by either giving bad review or using their contacts
