There are absolutely no growth opportunities as the company seems to be struggling for survival of it's bpo division. It was digi call and nothing much has changed so far after being over taken by karvy

A start up company with opportunities for exposure to multiple sector speciality.

Dislikes

Lack of good intent from senior management to grow the company to next ladder or beat competition. Cost cutting should not come at expense of revenue centers.
