Dislikes

Less salary. Not the place for sincere,hardworkers. Harassment in the workplace by the higher authorities. Work life imbalance. No overtime allowance for supervisors but they have to work overtime. Amount of Medical reimbursement is too low,better not to claim it.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 1year before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees

THE CORPORATION IS SEMI GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATION. THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUFFERING BETWEEN TRADE UNIONS, MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNMENT. BY THIS THE EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING VERY LESS SALARY COMPARE TO OTHER GOVERNMENT UNDERTAKINGS. AFTER RETIREMENT EMPLOYEES WILL BE TREATED SCRAP MATERIALS. AFTER RETIREMENT EMPLOYEES ARE NOT NOT GETTING MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PENSION AND MEDICAL ALLOWANCE TO LEAD HEALTHY AND PEACEFUL LIFE.

I have retired from Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation and I can say from the bottom of my heart that it is a Pioneer as far as Public Transportation goes. It is miles ahead of any other State Transport Undertaking in our Country. It has won innumerable awards both National and International for its excellent track record.
