The opportunity that you will get here in terms of work is immense and tech stack that is followed is excellent. Quality of work is quite good and expectations are high from Leadership and stakeholders. Really good company to start career here.

Dislikes

Not a company with great values and they admit that. You will be regularly monitored for your work and are provided with valuable feedback, but things turn ugly if its not saleable to stakeholders or they don't agree to implement it. You will be over guided which might take you away from the target and you will be held accountable for any mismatch at then end. Stakeholders are very demanding and their asks seem unclear and change very often. No holidays until you complete probation, not even sick leaves. Only 2 Indian holidays rest all are US holidays. Completely remote work which overwhelms you as they expect you to work 24*7. Weekends are also not spared. No good learning plans or budget for trainings. You will need to visit Chennai office during LT visits but sometimes its during festivals like Holi Diwali.
