Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

DON'T GO THERE FOR WORK. YOUR LIFE WILL SPOIL.

1. you didn't get complimentary services like water tea coffee. 2.THEY WILL HOLD YOUR SALARY WITHOUT GIVING PARTICULAR REASON and not give it to employee FOR 2 3 MONTHS. 3. TOILETS ARE REMAIN ONLY OPEN FOR PATICULAR TIME FOR WORKERS. 4.THE WAY OF ENTRING AND EXIT IN TOOL ROOM IS DIFFRENT FOR WORKERS, STAFF & MANAGEMENT LEVEL STAFF. 5. DOESN'T HAVE ETHICS OF COMPANY, HUMANITY. 6. LACK OF LEARNING. 7. LACK OF QUALITY WORK ,USING 50 YEARS OLD TECHNOLOGY. 8. HR HEAD DOESN'T HAVE MANNERS TO TALK , BEHAVING LIKE OWNER OF COMPANY.

Tiop Management is extremely good. MD sir is very genuine person. HR policies are in employee's favour. Job security is very good. Food quality is very good in canteen. One can improve technical knowledge a lot here. Plant head is very cooperative and strict. Increments are good depending on your performance.

Nothing I wastage my time in the company

Company growth is very slow. The work pressure was very high sometimes, I work 14 to 18 hours and I work more then 12 hours daily and company does not pay any money
