In the den of corporate delusion that is Kanchansobha the senior management parade around with the arrogance of demigods, led by the founder VK Jain himself, whose hubris knows no bounds. VK's progeny and his son Akshay, struts about like a peacock, followed closely by his brother Nutan, both basking in the illusion of their own grandeur. And let's not forget the sycophantic Rajnish Rangari, whose sole purpose seems to be to stroke the egos of his superiors. During the farcical hiring process, they paint a vivid picture of Kanchansobha as a utopia of innovation and opportunity. They dazzle candidates with tales of grandeur, promising the moon and the stars, all while hiding the harsh reality behind a meticulously crafted facade. In truth, Kanchansobha is nothing more than a cesspool of incompetence and deceit. Communication within the company resembles a broken game of Chinese whispers, with directives twisted and distorted beyond recognition as they trickle down from on high. Juniors are treated like disposable pawns, their voices drowned out by the deafening silence of senior management's indifference. At the center of this circus of ineptitude is Mr. Roshan Jain, the master of deflection and scapegoating. He cunningly shifts blame like a seasoned con artist, all the while cozying up to Akshay like a loyal lapdog, ensuring his own survival at the expense of others' integrity. In Kanchansobha, the only thing more prevalent than the god complex of the senior management is the stench of hypocrisy that permeates every corner of the company. And in this twisted hierarchy of incompetence, the only winners are those skilled in the art of manipulation and self-preservation.
