They are support our staff. Good work and salary. They manage one time food for all staff.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No given money extra work as par hour after job time.

Teammates are supportive and We were working as a team to enhance company for further growth.

...gally by my manager, but company has neither appreciated me nor gave me reward. When company decided me to give post of a Manager, they didn't talk about my package.

They dont give you appointment letter if you ask instead of one month they will ask for 3 months notice period

not professional ,after 15 min late salary cut and max late minutes allowed in one month is 120min

I am working with kanchan pharmaceutical since march 2018.The thing which i most like about company is the behaviour of staff and senior managers. They are very supportive and humble.

Dislikes

Overall good but growth level is very decent.And as a pharmaceutical company we have closing activity at the end of month and at that time we have to stay at office since midnight 12.it is little bit hard to work continuously for 11 to 12 hours a day.
