It is has very bad or rather i say worst working culture amongst all the organisation wherever i have worked . They have target oriented job they only focus on quantity of work rather than than focussing of maintaining standard quality in their work. Manager was very rigid don't follow any corporate ethics . Strictly want target oriented work . He forces his team member to work at late night even after working hours to achieve target despite of understanding problem of his team members. He his biased among team members.

Company welcomes the new ideas initiative as well as IT sector in the company is well versed about their job

Dislikes

As compare at the time of Joining I.e. Nov 2021 at that time group discussion, activities and other activities was conducted by the HR and other HO members but now days it is rare to see this activities
