First let me speak about pros : 1: It has good infrastructure 2: Better healthcare facilities 3: Efficient doctors 4: Growth is there but very bleak 5: Training schedules at regular intervals even for nurses . 6: Job security 7: Honours Maternity benefit Act 8: Started to follow NABH protocols Now let's talk about the cons : 1: High attrition rate 2: Doesn't honour minimum wages act 3: Poor salary resulting in high attrition rate 4: Lot of politics 5: Nurses lack professionalism 6: There is biased and unfair discrimination against those staff members who are from other states . 7: HR bows to permanent staff in case of feud . 8: HR is inefficient and ineffective in making people follow rules strictly which are often broken. 9: Nursing staff is often forced to stretch their shifts due to shortage of manpower . 10: No healthcare benefits given to staff family members . 11: Even there is no drinking water facilities in the supervisors cabin or ICU for staff members. 12: No transportation provided to women who are leaving for home at 9Pm .
