Good work environment and culture. Scope for self carer development is comparatively high. Teammates and colleagues are very supportive and helpful.

Though there is scope for overall development, the work culture is not up-to the mark as they are partial towards the beneficial.

our good , hard work may not be recognized. Sometimes we need to highlight ourselves for the good things we have done ,to get appreciations or credits.
