1. You have to sign a loyalty agreement (not a bond) for two years. I don't consider it as a con as you need to invest some amount to learn something.

my 4 yr tenure learnt a lot. lot of personality growth and confidence. my new company not as good in term of work satisfaction. quality of work always super. all clients were happy. This was my second job and comparing with 1st job and my current one, i think Kamal Cogent Energy was the best.

...es felt pressure sometimes but I always finish in deadline and got appreciation. salary growth is good, some people compare bombay, banglaore etc which is different because no saving due to high rent in those cities

No company culture, no work life balance they pay their employees salary and in return they want only work .. they can fire you anytime without any reason. Very micro management.

Dislikes

There are salary cuts for everything. There are no common leaves provided. Only Earn leaves are given. Working hours are 10-7, monday-saturday which means there is no work life balance. The upper management is unhelpful. Not to mention many of the office rules were either undisclosed or wrong information was provided at the time of contract signing. They are not transparent about their terrible work culture. The benefits are next to none. Extreme micromanagement. Very unprofessional behavior by some employees (For the first time I heard curse words used by senior employees in a professional setting).

...nce and lot of learning for me. If you are hungry to learn there is lot to grab. Salary hike is above industry standard. I never faced any kind of politics.

I think there can be some improvement for employees in administrative support.
