Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

It is not a company. You may not find anything regarding to a company here.People are coming and going. No goals ,No structure,No job guarantee. Better keep a distance from this organisation.Suppliers are not getting payment on time .Arrogant management. Private secretary level HR.

There is no good thing which I like.

Dislikes

Worst decision to join kalyani. Bad culture, bad enviornment, rude management behaviour, no job security, egoistic people, office politics, no encouragement overall nothing good in the company. People are leaving kalyani within a month after joining because of this things.
