Salary on time .Good exposure.

No work life balance (have to work more than 12-13 hours daily specially at site). I wonder whether HR teams noticed this or not.Toxic culture. Planning (PMG) department is overburdened with all the work without any extra benifits, maybe that's why attrition rate is very high. Not good work culture. Good exposure but at a very fast pace, so employees with get mad and high stress job specially for PMG dept. No non veg food allowed in site or office. No recreational activities for employees. Employees are asked to work even on sundays unofficially. No structure.. meetings are scheduled whenever the management feels, even after work hours , and will ask to submit the datas by EOD. Does not value employees time. Very bad behaviour even in professional meetings, like shaming employees, getting shouted , using of very foul languages in meetings etc. No proper training given for MTs and GETs

...ily accommodation. Some higher management staff are too unprofessional and rude. Salary also come 1.5 months delay in International division.

...t solve your problems, they only sit in their chair and impose order on you. 5. If you work in international project then your salary always one month delay. 6. If your designation is below deputy manager, then company gives ticket after 2 years for travelling to India. 7. HR department is very slow.

This organization is very good for employees. Management is good, on time salary, Acomodation is good,skill development , teambuilding is good. I am very very satisfied working with this organization.

JMC PROJECT INDIA LTD is very good construction company, working culture in site is good and team work is awesome. Turn over orientated. Very resourceful and professional.In terms of salary & benefits JMC is very good. Provide a good platform for initial level employee for their growth.

High Work pressure to achieve daily plan. As generally known, it pays well and builds experience in us. Being pressure-filled, it helps us to develop quick decision making skills. But 10+hrs a day and occasional few hours on sundays doesn't leave much room for self.
