No young crowd 0 for work life balance Sandwich leave policy Leaves and Early leaves problem No appreciation & recognition for work They target competitors who has open & good culture, benefits and perks. Organization is too good but site in-charges spoiling the company without giving any leaves for employees and they expect only updates and photos (bucket employees)not the hard working employees
