If your designation is below deputy manager, then company gives ticket after 2 years for travelling to India. 7. HR department is very slow.

there are no 9 to 6 hrs jobs it's a 12hrs job that does not include travel the increment is too low compared then workload and work hours apart from that those who are part of the design may work 12 hours from Monday to Friday leave policy is too complicated the higher your reference the greater you get paid

JMC PROJECT INDIA LTD is very good construction company in mumbai and there HO and RO staff boths are good and polite, helpful and supported . And working culture in site is good and team work is awesome.

Salary is average as compered to other constructions companies. organization provides Job security but one should at least be able to do few works assigned to him.
