Working Culture is Good with Friendly staff...Its a good Growing Company with Many Projects and Scope to do Further in Oil and gas market.

Salary Structure is a not upto mark as compared to same level Other Organization.Working hr is 9hr and alternate Saturdays working

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

No young crowd 0 for work life balance Sandwich leave policy Leaves and Early leaves problem No appreciation & recognition for work They target competitors who has open & good culture, benefits and perks. Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

Organization is too good but site in-charges spoiling the company without giving any leaves for employees and they expect only updates and photos (bucket employees)not the hard working employees
