The only good thing about working in Kalpataru is the people. It has the nicest, warmest co-workers you'll ever find. And since there is not much work to do anyway, teams are mostly partying and gossiping.

Dislikes

.... Multiple departments doing duplication of labour only to justify employment 3. No appraisal from 2018 to 2021 and hence no increments and no variable pay component 4. No PF or NPS deposited since Oct 2019 even though it is deducted from your salary 5. Delayed salary since September 2019/January 2020 which had nothing to do with the pandemic. At any point of time 3-5 months salary was pending during the pandemic 6. Employees were forced to come to office during the pandemic even though all the projects were stalled and no salary or fuel allowance. People had to shell out nearly 1000 bucks per day on fuel when no salary was being paid. To come to office and sit with no work happening for 9 hours. Most frustrating punishment ever. 7. HR department is the most clueless department in the company 8. Employees who resigned have still not received F&F or any clarity on whether they will receive any F&F ever for 6 months now. 9. Lapsed health insurance has not been renewed for all employees. And this in a CONSTRUCTION company where a lot of employees work on project sites, during a pandemic! 10. Would not recommend joining this organisation. It is no more what it used to be. Now it is just another family business being stingy and unethical.

1. Salary is delayed and even overdue for 3 months 2. Statutory Pays are deducted from salary but not deposited 3. Annual leaves reduced from 30 to 10 4. No Group Insurance and Medical Insurance for employees during this Pandemic 5. Committed deferred salary not paid. 6. Harsh HR policies for migrant employees.

Salary is delayed. HR is of no help most of the time regarding salaries. Appraisals are delayed always. Increment levels are low. Rules are changed overnight
