Company is shit, only those who are close to the Management only those people get more stipend even without putting efforts, managers and head projects coordinators will take your works credit. Managers are even calls you at Night noon 1 am also to go and check the project site. The Managers even try to Harass and Talk Bad Things About the Female Co-workers.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

*Top Management is not good. *Less Improvements for company growth. * Don't judge work performance. * Don't utilise workers skills. * Don't motivate workers for factory regarding policies * HR system was full of rubbish from starting. * Grievance solving issues. * Salary balance problems. * They don't maintain working level( they judge engineer with workers ) .

Learnt alot since I joined the company by campus placement. Very good company for beginners, lots of scope to learn from grass root. Not good for experienced people Job security is so so, only the field experts will feel secured. Management of the job is degrading year by year. Policies are not upto the mark, Using the loop holes to downgrade the company policies.
