It's a great experience working with the university, since we deal with the entire North East so we often need to travel and visit different educational institutions and meet new people. This place has helped me build up as a human being by helping me to communicate with huge bunch of people.

...te but her attendance is full because she use to correct her timings by herself. And always took a full time salary. And never did a single help in city branch as a HR. She Is very unprofessional.

Dean academic Rahul Mishra,who doesn't know how to behave with faculty, abusing,he even don't know his own subjects, without PhD he was promoted to professor,after that he brought PhD from any private university,poor HR Lincy, don't know how to behave, treating faculties like school kids,no proper infrastructure even there is no facility for drinking water, don't join this university

...he Professor were have to do the calling jobs too with their marketing teams. - salary was never paid on time. - never allow leave even , when it was needed for attending seminar in some other college - no leave will be given through out the year, all you'll get semester break for 7 days, unless some work come up.. - there will be extra unnecessary work,without pay

The working culture is very bad in kalinga university they don't support there is politics in kalimga university,in covid-19 they dismiss their employee and they not give salary,what they said,since I joined as sales with 25000 salary but they give only 8000 and told me that they will give snce 6 months,and they terminate employee without testing them TMs also not support theri employee because tms salary is so high thats way they also dont want to loss their job and dismiss all employee work culture,environment very worst,no job security you dont know when they were dismiss you. And also they cut salary without any reason I suggest you to guyss. Please dont join kalinga university in raipur cg if you joined then then You will only waste off YOUR Time and energy.not safety for girls also the ceo drinked and smoke all the time pls dont join its my personal experince they dont give salary what they tell you.
