There are no fixed hours, resources are limited one has to extend alot to complete the task. Very dependable on single resource.

NOTHING, TSBDC (erstwhile known as kalimati global shared service) don't even think to join here, there is no work life balance and there is a monopoly of persons deputed from Tata steel (who used to be your manager designated as IL3 or IL4 ), you have to work after office hours even at week ends that too without any pay or comp off. The behavior of IL4 or IL3 towards you will be like servant, moreover the increment is too low and don't dare to even think about promotion. Only good thing is here Mediclaim.

This is shared service of tata steel and there is huge disparity between tata steel and this tata steel business Delivery centre.There is he'll and heaven difference between the two company on account of compensation

Nothing to like about.Tata Steel just a name. Only good thing is job security even under extreme poor situation.

Dislikes

Everything is a turn off.No personal life. No sick leave. HR policy only favourable to employer. Work Ethics only limited to records and books not in reality.

Good place for work but only people deputed from tata steel enjoy the most of it others are only work like dog.there is a discrimination of Tata Steel employee and Kalimati Employee.

To much work pressure.Toough it is subsidiary of Tata Steel not all the facilities of Tata Steel are given to KGSSL employees.
