Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

..., the top level management has no work ethics and are dreadful to the employees. No promotion, no appraisal policy, no salary on time. They can fire you anytime without informing anything.

This is the worst company you will ever find in the name of MNC. 99% people are not professional here. 75 % employees hired only as they are owner founders relative. If you are Punjabi then you may have a scope otherwise here is nothing like any MNC.

Everything is here is like the same as I mentioned above. Co motive is now to hire people on as low package as they can. They believe now that people who could not talk in proper English & don't know even how to turn on there computer also can be trained & work here 🤦🤦

... have any knowledge about Payroll, Recruitment, Policies or any other HR Matter. They are just enjoying their salary. Finance- Right now after everyone's resignation it is two man show- one in India and other one in USA, (SM and DA), if you want to survive in finance team, follow whatever MP is saying. They will ask you one sudden report and give to you one day time which could be completed in 1 month. Hahaha, thanks to MP ji for that. All other teams are also suffering from these disease and full politics based. All the decision related to company are made in USA by a egoistic person BJS which are like hitler's decision. If someone is saying that you have to work on weekend then there is no choice. A lot of things are there to say and I can write book on this company, but if you want to feel life of a slave then do join this company otherwise work at a good place at lower amount. A lot I have said.

Favoritism in the team & company, no hikes in the salary, policy change day by day, HR are not good, For USA people team's member are not anything they like managers only, shifting to Mohali without any reason, toooooo much politic in team

...much bad. He's BPO person, applying BPO policies here & making BPO this company. Now it's converted purely in BPO & he's doing chindi chori in salary. He has to be fired from this company.

Let's start with few points. 1. Shift timings - You will have to follow a very strict shift timings. You have to inform even a short delay otherwise you have micro managers who i gonna ask you questions. 2. Work culture - The work culture here is pathetic. And the best part is that the management doesn't want to improve it. You can't do anything about your reporting managers, they treat themselves like they are the top management of the company and not gonna support you infront of the management at any cost. Even the person sitting here at the higher position "Navpreet Singh Bhasin" is the most senseless person you will ever encounter. He is very unprofessional in terms of talking with the people working here. He has an anger issue and shouts at people even at trivial things. 3. Work life balance - No work life balance. You have to work for 9 hours (1 hour of break which is not supposed to increase by a single minute and 8 works of sitting at your desk). They will not ask you before putting your name in the roster for weekend they just simply inform you that you have to come this Saturday or Sunday no matter what plans you have. Managers with micro management are gonna poke you at every pointless thing. These manager has zero management skills in terms of team management and work management. They misbehave with you and make you feel like worthless. And the most important thing is that just forget about any festival and family celebrations when you decide to join this organisation. 4. Work pressure - You are gonna have a lot of work along with dealing drivers and US staff. Very less support from US staff. You will have to ask every single thing from them, then only you can proceed otherwise they will threaten you to throw you out of the organisation. 5. So called benefits(cab & food)- Cabs will run only by the order of Sukhdev who is just a manager with a lot of attitude and he's very arrogant. He has no work to do in management apart from doing flattery to Navpreet Singh. And a very bad quality of food is served which is also managed by Sukhdev. You have no option than eating that food. You can't complaint about any thing. Even the Director eats the same food without any problem seems like he got paid for that. Earlier food reviews were taken by the employees but now you will have to eat what is served. A few times in day shift they serve the leftover food of previous night. No emergency cab will be provided before 10 PM as per Sukhdev and for that also approval of Navpreet Singh Bhasin is required. Apart from these, there are a lot of thing going on there in USA which is simply not good for our country. Communal favouritism is there. Sikhs and Muslims will get priority over you. In short try avoid joining Kal Group.
