New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Likes

Teammates are good , we have good bonding. Salary is on time

Dislikes

Carrer growth is very poor. Job security is worst part of company. Promotion and appraisal is rare. Facilities are very less and nowadays all are withdrawn. No planning is company and most important hazardous and safety concerns are there.

Completely zero support from Kailash wagon this simply remove me

Dislikes

We have to work up to 12 hours daily basis and they they are not provide any bonus especially in Tamilnadu here all companies giving Dipawali bonus but in Kailash they deduct some amount from our salary and at deepawali time they give us our money as a bonus
