Hr and the whole hr team of 2022-2023 is the worst and abusive. They start abusive language once resignation is mailed they get all the feedback forms signed before fnf so employee don't have scope to write review about the organisation and their problems to senior management if we do so hr and team start doing arm twisting and find different ways to hold the fnf and delay salary. Hr and their policy are all in favour of them and organisations they treat employee and cheep labour While joining the firm they give fake promises that the company is mnc and all but in reality it's just a star up you had get to know by hr language how literate and unorganised he sounds . The products are highly rejected by the consumer no scope for sales

Japanese's Brand so people get attracted to but soon get disappointed after few months

Dislikes

While hiring they Use Japanese's Co Name History and get candidates hired. It's Totally Opposites. Company is its foundation phase. No Goal no road map. Managers do Micro management's; Products are highly rejected by markets. Once You submit your resignation HR starts Mind game will have rude talks will find all the reason to hold the salary and will try to make sure your notice period is like hell and will find many reasons to cut the Fnf also
