Kabbage as a Company is good however the management at Bangalore was not upto the required standards . During Covid they just decided to shut down the company and paid some employee severance .

Dislikes

First and foremost the Leadership was horrible and to add to that he got another person he knew from the same organisation to people operations and it became even more worst . The head always got in a lot of North india especially Bengali work force and to add to it overpaid them just to make sure the compensations for other levels could become better . If you make a Hr person run operation who has zero knowledge there is no company that can sustain . The only intention was to spend company resource in unwanted ways and make employee so comfortable that eventually the company started incurring more expense which lead to the failure . Overall the. leadership and People ops were horrible which contributed to the final closure of the company. I feel sorry for my friends who lost their job sometime before I left but there is much more hidden reasons which cannot be explained since its too late and the office is no more functioning in india . Hope I never come across those individuals since there are not leader material or HR material .

Nothing .. they just attract employees with free food and snacks

Dislikes

I dislike everything... No cooperation from onsite folks.. everyone in management have full of attitude and head weight.. it is one of the biggest mistake I did joining this company. No future here
