This is an open department where a fresher has a good opportunity to explore all the department and seek information from corresponding head.

Dislikes

There is a serious attitude problem (common problem in every corporate office) in almost every department. They consider themselves very busiest (actually they're not). They need to work on their attitude first. This is really big concern.

Likes

MD is very good person but the management of Pune team don't know anything about how to run a plant. Lastly I want to say all persons of the management person only body present in this place but mind is absent.

Not such a good place for working like a garrage .

Likes

Good organization in terms of quality and customer services. Company policy clearly stated for quality products with competitive cost and on time delivery. Employee motivation and skill upgradation system is also implemented here.
