The project was interested due to retrofitting of the existing of a huge Power Plant from using furnace oil and gas into coal fired boiler, located in and we can have lots of experiences. For e.g: negotiation on the tarriff calculation, setting up the system of administration, etc..

The project is a big scale of project. But some involvement of Pakistan Government, has been impact to the Investment value higher compare to Standard. And along with that, will impact to the tarriff calculation

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
