...elves. Very disappointing Firm, where they don't respect their employees at all. No hike or bonus even on Diwali and you have to be present on public holidays as well like Dussehra, 15th August,26 th January following by other public Holidays.

Dislikes

I've noticed that we receive only some national or festive holidays during the year. I think during off-seasons, having some holidays or saturdays off would enhance the office experience.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
