Its a heaven like space in mathura for the poor people.I am very very happy to work as a staff nurse here, but I didn't get sufficient salary package As my work.so I am average satisfied with it. Whatever. .I just pray God bless u kd medical college and his owner and all authorities ..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The disciplined atmosphere is something which I think sets KD apart from the rest of the Universities of its kind. The overall work experience is awesome with a little new to learn EACH DAY!! Just go for it...!

The only thing that I think sets KD back is its location. Being situated on a Highway there is no particular market or Mall or a place for recreation as such. However the Campus has a Mart and Cafe and Canteen with nearly everything available!

They don't like new people in team, just need them for some time till they promote their favourites, management is highly biased towards their favourites... What's worst... They're unethical (don't honor notice period clause, don't tell reason for laying off) and unfit for running institute of higher education like medical college(as they abuse, threaten and manhandle faculty tutor and staff), skills are limited to business part only but unfortunately interfere in everything without required abilities...
