The job security is good as a trainee. The timings are reasonable as per the pay. Good for beginners as CA article training.

The behaviour of the top management is pathetic. They are sometimes mean and don't even care anything about personal life. They just want to get their work done and nothing else. They only care about themselves and none else.

Especially for me, I had learnt a lot of things here and also it is a good platform for beginners, as well as for seniors before joining K.C.Goyal & associates I didn't have much working knowledge but here I improved my accounting skills and work performance. I learnt a lot of things here. All I want to say that I am forever honourable to K.C.Goyal & Associates.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
