Overall work best experience with team and company focus on skill development And almost zero politics. Company providing good food and transportation facilities.. Jyoti is best for freshers if they don't need money. Because I also take knowledge of automation and CNC machine...

...y don't say anything when we do free overtime so many times for emergency works. Your food and transportation payment will be deducte in CTC if you not use both facilities in this case you also pay for both. and overall sallary hike after 1 year is approx negotiable when I have total 2 year of experience But they give more pay to fresher because any freshers don't won't to join this company overall payout is too much low as per experience and colifecatiom.

Fresher can learn many things if they get good manager.

They don't want you to do R&D in R&D Department. Everything is urgent. But, salary and appraisal are always delayed. Your manager micromanages on you. Always keep an eye on you. When you ask for leave they always want to know the reason in detail and try to not let you go.

At branch level work environment can vary from branch to branch. In Mumbai work culture is good as compare to other branches. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow, do not get appraisal every year. Salary cycle is not fixed. No health insurance provided.

Management could somehow not make proper schedule for monthly salary.Apart from that,Increment policy also plays role in the same.

Working in Jyoti cnc teach about the cncprogramming of the cnc code ....how to work with a time....know about setting of the workpiece about different types of cutting tool etc.....

Don't have a perfect time of salary structure.... environment is not all good
