worst company I had a deeply disappointing experience working at this company, marked by multiple issues: 1]Toxic work culture - the work cu; true was extremely unhealthy, showing little to no understanding of employees' concerns. working here felt like a slow poison that affected well well-being over time. 2]Unprofessional and unavailable management the management structure consists of just a few key individuals, with Vikas Sawant, the co-founder and senior manager at the forefront. He was typically only available in the office until 2 pm or 3 pm often leaving for personal activities like swimming and cycling. However, after 7 pm, he would start messaging employees for end-of-the-day reports, which disrupts the work-life balance. His temper was also an issue. 4]unqualified and untrained workforce - company hiring practices focus on interns and freshers with little to no experience and there is a complete lack of training . 5]incompetent HR - HR specifically Binni/vinni Thakur, appeared to have minimal influence and was often unresponsive to employees' messages and concerns. To anyone considering joining this company, I would strongly advise against it as my experience was completely negative. Want to write more, plz don't join this company
