I was in Jupiter Security as a manager operation and trainer from Feb 2013 to 30 Nov 2019. I felt there as a family and all my staff well cooperated me . There was a good spirit of team work.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have to work 15 to 20 hrs straight in a day as I have to attand calls from client and guards and deployment of Security in new location. My senior operation head did not support me .He want only OK report in evening and Morning. He never resolved any operational incident nor attended any meeting with clients. only gives pressure but he never support me. Even he did not grant me leave for a week in the months of December. Reason was that I granted leave from my director, he selected another manager operation in my absence and after my arrivals from one week leave , he issued me a transfer letter. That's not understood. At last I decided to resignation from company. I understand JUPITER is very good company. The owners of this company is great man but senior behaviour is not good. I am an ex Army personal and have 28 years experience in Army. In civil I am a qualified trainer from SSSDC (security sector skills development council) but my senior never support me. That was my experience in Jupiter and that was the reason to left company.

"I felt a major shortcoming in the company, which was that senior officials holding high positions failed to understand their juniors. The juniors who contributed to the company's growth and were associated with it for a long time were not given due consideration. Their problems were not heard. To illustrate, my son's wedding was scheduled, and I suddenly applied for leave. However, instead of approving my leave, I was forced to work under my junior. Although I acknowledged my mistake for not taking approval before proceeding leave, the management made a harsh decision. Wasn't this a wrong decision by the management? A father gets to arrange his son's wedding only once. This compelled me to resign from the position of a senior rank as a Branch Head. I would request the company owners to reconsider such decisions in the future and think before making such decisions ."
