...consultants & contractors also, no any body support you as per your requirement. Salary increment & promotion you can forgets, there are salary increment given in nominal percentage wise, this is actual tregedy, because if you have less salary package, so what can be do.

Company policies is good we work happily in collaboration i also like the employee re hire policy here

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 9 hours

No job Security here after completing on Task. No Equality Increament here. No Respect here... Specially Accounts team Top management. Top management not have proper Experience and they dominate the employee.. Bad behaviour after completion of work... Don't join here....
