If you want to join here then make sure you are in some junior position (Senior position has huge chances of getting fire ), keep your head down and work (Actually there is no work). If joining As senior member - again keep your down and know that you will be fired but the good thing is salary so ask for 200% hike (they can give even 400% Thanks to Junglee Rummy :) ) , now try to keep people happy by obeying them ( Older employees are the one who needs o be happy even if an employee is Junior engineer but make them happy else you are gone) and try to make sure that you can stay there for one year and get one appraisal ( if you get it then you wont be fired) but this is little difficult to reach there so try to make sure that you are fired not before 1 year so that in one year you will be able to save money equals to 4 years that you were saving earlier organisation, and now in naukri show your salary as low as you were getting in your last organisation and get a good job and be happy that you made 4 times more money in a year.

...((this included 1 Senior VP of Product as well who was asked to leave someday) They pay good money the Junglee Games means Thanks to Junglee rummy because if junglee rummy was not there then none of them would be able to bake there breads. this post will be removed or may deleted as they have great team to do all this, Hence i wanted this to be on internet for few days hence i thought of keeping here rather than glassdoor, they have a few OKR item that includes, rating Junglee games on glassdoor, linkedin etc. so glassdoor all the rating above 3 are fake. Engineering dept special Bengaluru Engineering Director designation should be technical but its Full technical handicapped who is also trying to bake the breads where he does 90 degree solute to older employees.

Insecure people who have high insecurities towards newcomers. My colleagues felt I was hired to replace them! No proper KT is done and loads & loads of manual work to be done in so-called Gaming company. Every time a automation topic is raised, the word "bandwidth" is repeated with no mercy whatsoever. Inter-department work takes ages to complete. The CEO keeps on repeating the same stuff over and over in every townhall by just rephrasing the sentences. There's no action - only Google Meetings which fetch no result. A TL or AM is here just to make sure a Manager has some subordinate to delegate his tasks to. Some of the Senior individuals believe that their company is Army but just with no respect. A email is meant to be read by the recipients to read and take action on it. If a separate reminder, on call has to be given, what's the point of sending an email? Why not just pick up the phone and call. I am sure even in such situation, multiple calls would be required. Lastly, I never understood the obsession the company and its employees have with Google Meet. Seeing each other is more important than the work itself.
