Good Company to work with provided you have good people skills - People are good / caring nature mostly Client centric Approch - Always putting clients interest first. - which I really admired Putting Environment first - I have worked with 12 odd best in cladd organizations, and happy to say that JB had one of the best Sustainability measures in place. Had a great boss and Mentor from Switzerland..I will miss him in future. Great CFO and Finance head and very helpful finance team HR head is very down to earth and a good soul.

1. Would be great if India aligns itself with global policies and procedures of the group. 2. Culture can be even better if they rotate key people from India to other global regions as well periodically.
