New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

The salary & the package as per the current market scenario is way beyond low as compared to the other companies. Travelling Allowance & Day Allowance also needs to be increased.

Juggat pharma is good company salary is good our MD and other Company Boos are good but the regional Boos are very Bad Almost I will do job this company is 20 years after when my eye caterac operation indeed my CL holiday but in guwahati region head mr.Oradeep Deka is not allow and I will do my catarec opraretion And he bound me to give resigtion for my job in pandamic Covid time also I am the number 1 manager in all India in juggat pharma and my MR is also number one Mr in rank.So I regine my job after twenty years giving service i Juggat Pharma now my economic condition is very bad I have no money to give my child education.
