Avg Work Life balance!Poor CultureEven though 5.30 is the time to go! But people stay almost an hour extra Evey day to prove their Sincerity! Poor appraisal system! Unfair rating & judgement based on prejudice by the Management!

The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.
