The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

Good work environment and the management is transparent. Company polices are good but appraisals are not upto the satisfaction. Bonus in every year. Cafeteria is there.

Career growth is slow and salary is average.

There is a lot to learn and to learn in the company. Salary is paid on time, the company provides good facilities to the workers. Etc.

Within 1 to 2 years, I have not seen any bad thing about the company.
