The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

There is no any advantages about working.. Only Salary credited on time.. i. e. 1st day of the month

Worst, Worst. Lots of partiality in increment and promotion time. Those will give only favourable persons irrespective of work..
