Good work environment and culture. teammate are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. In that organisation many employees are workings 20 years but their salaries are in below 10 thousand /month. This is bad problem.

Terrible organisation. Work ethics are poor and the lots of politics. Salary payment is never on time. Higher authorities won't even treat you like humans and would expect you to work even after your working hours. Highly unprofessional. They call you on Sundays with a promise of giving comp offs but you will never get those leaves. No HR policy in written. They will reject your leave for no reason and expect you to come on Sundays. I would never recommend this University to anyone.

College policies are good. Good work environment and college culture. Faculties are cooperative, good salary increment, good working culture, supportive management, great teamwork, continue working on student and faculties growth.

Dislikes

Working culture is good but need to improve few facilities.
