I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding the conduct and management practices of Ms.Payal chhabra ,Manager-HR ,and Mr. Mithlesh ,CFO , at JPW Infratech Pvt Ltd.Ms.Chhabra lacks a proper understanding of HR functions and allegedly secures promotions by seeking un due favor from the owners. Mr. Mithlesh supports this actions, contributing to an un-healthy work environment. Due to their mismanagement, new hires rarely stay beyond three month. Additionally ,their lack of compliances knowledge has resulted in government and GST penalty notices. Despite claiming excessive work load, their inefficiency negatively impacts the organization. Furthermore , there are serious concerns regarding there inappropriate behavior towards subordinates. This matter requires urgent attention to maintain a professional and ethical work place.
