Good company this is but salary increment is very less with very much politics at higher level. Salary credited always in time with no longer delay.

JP group is very large and big company. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Job security, policies of JP group, work culture, management, etc are quite impressive.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. In the current time higher management is changed, because of that my current reporting authority is changed. I worked for 7 year in CHP department, my performance is good till now. Plant is running continue without any breakdown . But my new incharge is not satisfied with me also I am in comfort zone I want to leave comfort zone. This is why I need to change my job.

Likes

Job security is better then Government job. No accountability is the culture of the company. Mediocrity is encouraged. Plant head being a non technical (Ex Defense personnel) discourages new ideas and perpetuates their dogmatic thinking. They are the biggest hinderance in smooth operation of plant. Employee welfare facilities are pathetic.

Dislikes

Plants are headed by the Ex Army personnel who interferes in technical matters knowing nothing about the technicalities. At the best they can head security apparatus of the plant. Their false sense of superiority kills the enthusiasm of technical persons.
