All was good but the company as Covid Pandamic started to grow they laid me off and Refused me to pay last month’s salary. So they work life balance is worst.

Nothing to like in this company full of idiots.

Every thing, managers are abusive work culture is toxic full of bad words . Salary paid after every 2 months . U are not valued your work is not valued every start of the day what u listen starts with abusive words in the morning to the end of your day. No worklife balance and salary given in that comparision is peanuts. Not at all reccomended for anyone . Even when u resign they dont let u go easily they torcher u during your notice period. Appraisal is worst 200-400RS u get as appraisal. Your mental peace is screwed . And my Advice is DONT EVER JOIN PURCHASE DEPARTMENT. Its worst of the worst in this company . Its understaffed and they are HIGHLY UNDERPAID. HR poilices are Just Jargons no one to listen. I have resigned and much happy to work in my current company which actually knows how to treat their employees. My recommendation to u is RUN Away as soon as possible dont screw your career in this company.

Even though the company is working in Andhra Only Gujrat people are kings. Salary will be raised 3times a year for Gujrat people. For remaining it not happed even for 1 year very bad to say.

Zero safety, Knowledge fewer persons are Asst Managers, Managers, H.R never consider employees Growth.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
