Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Even though the company is working in Andhra Only Gujrat people are kings. Salary will be raised 3times a year for Gujrat people. For remaining it not happed even for 1 year very bad to say.

Dislikes

Zero safety, Knowledge fewer persons are Asst Managers, Managers, H.R never consider employees Growth.

All was good but the company as Covid Pandamic started to grow they laid me off and Refused me to pay last month’s salary. So they work life balance is worst.

The company is in tremendous growth and also it provides lot of good amenities to all the employees irrespective of their designation. One of the leading company in oil and gas private sector.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Salary is never done on time. Electrical head is bias and recruits candidates from his family and caste. Hard truth.

Jhon energy is international company but job security is hope less. Work culture is poor due to non skilled persons, management looking low salaries which is effect to work performance and down time , should improve the company policy.
