Compensation is not good as well as growth is very slow. The pressure is medium. But sometimes, I have to work more than my regular time. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

A school is better than this company is what I would say. Literally the team leads are not ready to share knowledge for the new comers they don’t even have minimum work ethics the way how govt organisations have inspection if this company got the inspection done it would be closed way long back

Toxic work culture, Bad leader ship, Political play, by senior management Organization completely fails how to use a particular resource Senior management are not Subject matter experts Completely cluttered workspace prevents clear thinking This Senior people doesn't know whom to hire for particular position You're are forced to resign at any point Caution: Not Suitable for Experienced Peoples Sometimes you have to work late nights and get the task done right away by senior management Sudden layoffs Doesn't not provide KT, trainings, development BIG No for Work life balance and peace They gonna disturb your sleep 100%

Bit work-life balance will always be missed when we were completely involved in the work.. The pressure that builds during calls and the impossible targets.. Will definitely cause health issues and mostly people work under pressure differ the most..

Job guarantee no matter what you do for the organisation from their end it’s hard for them to teach something new because of the fossil candidates who have the subject knowledge but aren’t ready to share that with new joinees specially when they know that you are a competition for them I genuinely feel bad for the CEO of the company as sitting in US he has no idea of what’s happening at the ground work
