While any new commer come from other process need to keep with him process oriented person for 3 month at least so that he will know everything about process.

The company culture is good. There is good visibility for the employees at an organizational level which helps the employees to understand what the org as a whole is trying to achieve and also the management is good in terms of giving us the visibility.

There is very few global mobility options available which is a bit dissapointing

This is specific to Aurangabad location - Zero work life balance. Senior management is the worst. People are discriminated based on their caste. Loads of favouritism. Manager's have no empathy at all. The only criterion for being a manager is spending time here. Any idiot can become a manager.

Worst Senior management ever. Specifically i am talking about Gurgaon location, specially Anchal nanda, rahul rathi, kiran chawla, prachi lohia, savita tokas, reema arora these people are good for nothing., never seen them working for a hour continuously always going for breaks and personal work and doing chit chat for hours and disturbing other on the floor, also they judge other team members on the basis of their caste and always do favouritism just bcoz all are punjabis, they made me to do resign from my position without any reason and they r here since more than 10 years and known as so called client manager which is totally unacceptable they don’t deserve to be in this reputed company they have tortured me alot for a year and when i tried to speak to hr there was no response HR service is so worst not a single hr is approachable here. Specifically priyam sikaria. If someone can take action against these people then pls take asap, i am seriously mentally harassed by each one of them.

Its a great working experience so far. Company is good, new projects are there. Good Appraisal. job security, tech stack is also good.

Less chance of getting promote. It need to spend more time in the company. Collaboration between the different teams is not that good Too many calls but managable
