Worst company, don't join ... Salary cut off and demotions are common. Every year month of November "salary cut off and demotion " event celebrated.. Ceo is C****. He used words with colleagues like bench**d,m*therch**d and f*ck you!!

Senior Management ( CEO & COO) very down to earth person.Treats every one like family.Very supportive and co- operative boss I have ever seen.

Sometimes Working on Week offs, though may be for couple of hours , but that is manageable.

I glad to sharing my experience with jivika healthcare. i learned lots of things about HR field work.the experienced has been insightful and educational.The HR team is supportive,knowledgable and providing positive environment.

As an HR intern in Jivika Healthcare my time here has been overall positive , valuable insights but one thing i dislike that there will be little bite less communication

CEO\Policy\Board Members 1/2 out of 10 for all criteria mentioned above, you wont have job security,appraisal,Satisfaction and more. I will personally suggest not to work with JIVIKA Healthcare PVT LTD located @ Baner Pune near Wadeshwar, Have worked in Jivika it is worst choice to work there. If you have other option please go with. Jivika will give you only good payment but not single peaceful day.
