There is a lot of policies and management doesn't address our issue.Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I do work here about 2.5 year. All company employee are obay direct HR and ER. There work is team and full sefty work. There medical facility system is very good. And mediclaim system available. Good work environment and culture very nice.

...work in a multi cultural team where "Workplace Politics" doesn't have any place. Though the net income is less but the company takes care that proper compensation and benefits are passed to each and every employee.
